Marvin at his core is about family, people and relationships. This is evident in the way he runs his business which is by referral. Marvin takes his business very seriously and is coached by Buffini and Company. He is also a Certified Mentor and Ambassador in the Buffini and Company system and has also taken the necessary steps to become an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), Certified Probate and Trust Specialist. Marvin has a laser like focus when it comes serving the needs of his clients and is known for his ability to negotiate, cutting edge marketing and effective communication. He is known to go above and beyond their expectations before, during and after their real estate transactions. Marvin believes that every relationship is either appreciating or depreciating, it's never stagnant. He takes this philosophy into his business and is constantly finding ways to say, "Thank you!" to his clients. Whether it be stopping by their home or business with a small gift, monthly Items of Value or Client Appreciation Parties. Marvin loves working hard and also taking time to enjoy life's special moments with wife Emily and three children Tyson, Londyn and Peyton. Whether they are traveling to fun places far away or making local travel fun they always have a great time. Marvin enjoys playing Golf, Soccer, Football, Basketball, Snowboarding, Scuba Diving, Running, in 2016 picked up Spartan Racing and in 2018 started doing triathlons (His new passion). In October of 2022 Marvin checked a major item from his Bucket list and became an Ironman! Yep he completed a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a marathon, that’s 140.6 in total. Marvin loves what he does and it shows in the long term relationships that he has built with his clients and the results he attains for them. Marvin has had several repeat and referral clients and prides himself in making every client feel as though they are his one and only client.
